2023 Rally Information & Announcements
The committee of the Great Trethew Vintage Rally are delighted to announce the dates for this year's August Bank Holiday 2023 event on Saturday 26th, Sunday 27th & Sunday 28th August.
After an amazing comeback last August Bank Holiday weekend we will be back bigger and better than ever before in August 2023. If you wish to be involved as a trader or exhibitor please download & complete an application form.

Camping 2023:
Application Deadlines:
Applications received before 16th July 2023 will be included in our official programme distributed by The Cornish Times the week prior to the rally, applications will be accepted after this date & up to the 6th August. (Subject to availability in the relevant section).
Exhibitor & Trader Passes:
All your vehicle & visitor paperwork will be sent out by your section secretary during the second week in August after the application deadline. If you have any questions regarding your application please use the contact form at the bottom of this page stating the section you have applied for.
Application Deadline:
The deadline for Trade & Exhibitor application forms is Sunday 16th July we will be accepting applications up to Sunday 6th of August but you won't be in the official programme produced & distributed by the Cornish Times in their mid August publication. Apply Here
Volunteering:
The Great Trethew Rally is completely organised & run by an amazing and dedicated group of volunteers.
There are many ways in which you can help this amazing event run successfully, from helping promote & organise the event during the year, helping to set up & dismantle the event infrastructure to assisting our visitors on the day.
In exchange for your time (shifts 4hrs or more if you can) we'll give you 2 complimentary wristbands to enjoy the rally on any day of your choosing & a camping pitch if you'd like to stay over to enjoy the evening entertainment (Saturday & Sunday night).
Become a sponsor:
We're not suggesting that you'd want to sponsor a toilet (Although the cost of spending a penny is nearly £4000 this year!)

Exhibitor / Trader Information: Deadline for applications
